We operate two different storefronts in the online world. This one as well as on Etsy. The truth is, we started on Etsy back in 2020 at the height of the global pandemic. Our founder Richie Hogan has Celiac disease and was tired of having no good pastries to eat during Christmas and other Holidays.
To counter this, he spent a ton of time working on these recipes and got them to the point where most people can't tell they're gluten-free at all!
