Well, I didn't get a chance to taste them this time. I had them sent to my son and daughter-in-law in New York. They were a wonderful gift to help them celebrate July 4!Not always easy to find such wonderful baked goods that are GF, but they are for everyone!She and my son couldn't stop telling me how delicious they are, and definitely packaged with care. I want to take the time to thank Richie and East Coast Bakes!

Cake cookies tasted good but they arrived looking like a melted but frozen mess. Plastic was really stuck to the top too. So made for an embarrassing presentation on our 4th of July BBQ dessert table.

Thank you for them though... treats always taste good from a trusted, gluten free bakery. Will always be a customer. Thank you.

These cookies were absolutely fabulous. My compliments, to Richie and his staff. I grew up with Italian cookies and pastries my whole life. These were so delicious, no one even knew that they were gluten-free. I ordered the sample platter, for Easter, 2026., and it was amazing! I definitely will be ordering frequently. Keep up the good work! You definitely are a five star bakery. Thank you!
